Experience: 2+ years in product design, ideally within B2B SaaS, sales tech, or AI-driven platforms.
The Role: You will design agent-training dashboards, conversation-review tools, and analytics views that help revenue teams trust and scale their AI SDRs.
The Mindset: You are obsessed with frictionless user journeys. You believe that enterprise software doesn't have to look boring, and you sweat the micro-interactions.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 USD / year
Location: Remote
Head of Marketing
The Mission: Lead our global go-to-market strategy. Position Realfy as the definitive AI SDR platform for SMBs and Enterprises replacing legacy outbound sales.
Experience: 3+ years driving marketing strategy, with proven success scaling high-growth B2B SaaS or sales-tech startups.
The Role: You will build and execute omnichannel campaigns, oversee performance and content marketing, manage agency partnerships, and own the brand narrative across all touchpoints.
The Mindset: You are a visionary storyteller with a ruthless focus on data-driven growth. You thrive in ambiguity and know how to capture market share from legacy competitors.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD / year
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)
